This group is professionally facilitated by a Registered Art Therapist and an experienced perinatal outreach worker.We collage, we scribble, we paint, we doodle, we play!No art experience needed.Tuesday mornings from May 26 to July 21 2026, 9:30-11:30 amIn-person at Mothercraft Ottawa 475 Evered Ave, OttawaSession structure:9:30 - 10:00 - gentle landing – we know it’s hard to get anywhere on time with a baby, so we offer an arrival window10:00 – opening check-in and discussion of the topic and art invitation10:15 – art-making and conversation11:15 – sharing circle (optional)The small print:· This is a closed group, meaning registration is required for the whole ten-week session.
