? ABOUT SABRINA HIDIROGLOU: 
Sabrina Hidiroglou is a local certified yoga instructor and Grand Prix Dressage rider. Sabrina teaches yoga classes that focus on functional movement, strength training and the principles of biomechanics that Dressage riders need to be successful in the saddle. Sabrina offers online yoga courses worldwide.

?‍♀️ Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Change rooms and a water fountain are available on-site. Yoga mats and blocks will also be available for use, but if you have your own, please bring them! 

☕️ After the session, the fun continues! We will be going to Browns Socialhouse Barrhaven (located in same plaza) to chat and enjoy some refreshments. If you would like to join us, please email OttawaAreaDressageGroup@gmail.com so we can include you in our reservation.
