In December we will honour the Cold Full Moon! The Cold Full Moon carries themes of stillness, endurance, and inner reflection. Named for the deep chill and long nights of early winter, this moon arrives at a time when the natural world grows quieter and the landscape rests beneath frost and snow. Just as nature slows and conserves its energy during the coldest months, this lunation invites us to pause, turn inward, and honor the wisdom found in rest, reflection, and gentle presence. The full moon marks a moment of illumination, completion, and release. Under the luminous glow of the Cold Moon, we are encouraged to reflect on the cycles that have unfolded throughout the year and acknowledge all that has come to completion. It offers an opportunity to release what feels heavy or unresolved, creating space for stillness and clarity. In this quiet and contemplative atmosphere, we are invited to gather the insights of the past months, nurture our inner warmth, and move into the heart of winter with patience, awareness, and trust in the spirit of renewal. What is a Sound Bath?A sound bath is a guided, meditative experience where participants rest and listen to sound produced by various sacrd healing instruments. These may include singing bowls, gongs, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and the human voice.Rather than following a melody, the sounds are layered and sustained, creating a calming environment that supports deep connection, renewal, and nervous system regulation. Many people experience a sense of mental quiet, physical rest, and emotional release.Session OptionsYou may choose from:Private Session for 1 personShared Session for 2 peopleSessions are offered by exchange—you choose the amount that feels accessible to you.Suggested exchange:Private Session (1 person): $65Shared Session (2 people): $55 ($27.50 per person)Optional Add-On: Oracle Card Reading (cash only)1 card: $103 cards: $15Dates & Times AvailableSunday December 20th at 3pmSunday December 20th at 4:30pmTuesday December 22nd at 6:30pmTuesday December 22nd at 8pmPractical DetailsSessions are held in Nepean at my home, near the Greenbank and Hunt Club intersection.
