Unroll your mats, Ottawa — City of Om is returning to Lansdowne Park May 30-June 1, 2025.

This event has evolved since 2015, from a few outdoor yoga classes to the capital's BIGGEST wellness festival and this spring's edition will be better than ever.

We’ll kick off the festivities Friday evening, then host a stacked schedule of yoga, fitness classes and wellness workshops on Saturday (led by your fave local instructors and special guests!) and wrap up the weekend on Sunday with special ads-ons that’ll feel like an after party 🎉
