Participants will work on assembling their own books using all three bookbinding methods, ready to take home with them at the end of the workshop.REQUIRED MATERIALSAll materials will be provided.WHO IS THIS FOR?Ideal for any level: beginners, those who want a refresher, or creatives who would like to add a new skill to their current skill set.WORKSHOP FACILITATORFacilitated by Melanie Yugo, print artist and co-director of Possible Worlds. Melanie has led classes and workshops on bookbinding and other graphic arts at National Gallery of Canada, Ottawa Art Gallery, as well as for festivals and other institutions in Canada and internationally.WORKSHOP FEETo make this workshop as accessible as possible and to increase opportunities for those who have historically been underrepresented in the arts, we're offering different options of participation fees.
