This event will be in English only.About the authorCharlie Feldman, former president of the Canadian Study of Parliament Group, has served as a parliamentary counsel at the Senate and House of Commons and as an analyst at the Library of Parliament. In addition, he has served as a parliamentary counsel with the Scottish government. He began his legislative career on Capitol Hill with the Congressional Research Service of the Library of Congress. He has visited parliaments worldwide, publishes regularly in the Canadian Parliamentary Review and the Journal of Parliamentary and Political Law, sits on The Parliamentarian editorial board, and presents at conferences in Canada and internationally.About the moderatorForrest Pass is a curator in the Programs Division at Library and Archives Canada.
