This highly experiential, multi-session training is designed for yoga teachers and trainees who want to cultivate a clear, resonant, confident vocal presence—one that can guide, soothe, and hold space with ease.

Through breathwork, alignment techniques, vocal exercises, and mindful communication practices, you’ll learn how to use your voice as an embodied instrument. Participants will explore how physiology, breath, and emotional tone shape vocal quality, gaining skills that support longevity, authenticity, and vocal well-being.

In this program, you will learn to:

    ~ Speak with resonance, clarity, and stamina.
    ~ Align voice, breath, and posture for sustained endurance.
    ~ Adapt tone, pacing, and volume to meet diverse student needs.
    ~ Lead mantras and chants with confidence and ease.
    ~ Manage nerves, performance anxiety, and vocal fatigue.

Dates and Times:

Four 2-hour live online sessions over eight weeks:

    ~ Wednesday, March 25, 2026, to May 6, 2026: 
    Meeting every other week on: March 25, April 8, April 22 and ~ May 6.
    ~ 7 pm ET to 9 pm ET

Interactive exercises, small-group practice, peer feedback, and individual coaching moments.

Session recordings provided to all registered participants.

Cost: $275.00 per person. SAVE $25.00 by registering on or before February 15, 2026, for $250.00 per person.

Notes: 

For 200 hour certified Yoga Teachers the course provides CEUs with Yoga Alliance.

This course is also part of our Yoga Alliance 300 Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training.
