This class covers everything you need to prepare for labor: tools, positions, affirmations, and more!
Our comfort measures for birth class is loaded with education and resources you will apply regardless of where you intend to give birth (home or hospital), with or without medications for pain relief (note: pharmaceutical options for pain relief are covered in a separate class). 

Explore your individual preferences and work directly with your designated support person. 

-Light snacks and refreshments provided. Bring your own sack lunch. 
-Wear comfortable clothing for light activity.  
-Bring a yoga/exercise mat (or beach towel) and a yoga ball, we have a few we can share during class if you do not have one.
