As we prepare for the seasonal shift into winter we invite you to join us for our very first Soul Sanctuary Women’s Retreat at The House of Light.  There is nothing more supportive and transformative than women gathering in healing ceremonies.  We would be honored for you to join us for a full day of sisterhood, community, healing and transformation.

What does this retreat include:
♥️Opening Circle - We will join together for introductions and an explanation of the days events
♥️Group Acudetox Therapy Session - In an effort to relax our nervous systems, open our hearts and calm our thinking minds, we will begin with an Auricular Acupuncture session.  Acudetox Therapy is acupuncture of the ear and is designed to detox our major organs and nervous system of any energetic imbalance, unprocessed emotions or traumas. ♥️Light lunch, beverages and connection 
♥️Sacred Teachings - Preparing the mind, body, and spirit for the changing of seasons.
♥️Ceremony and Sound - If you haven’t experienced a Cacao Ceremony and Sound Immersion with us you are in for a beautiful treat!  We will join together for a sacred plant medicine ceremony, followed by a guided meditation and finish the day with a soothing immersion of music, vibration, sounds and scents designed to bring the heart, mind and body into a complete state of balance.
♥️Closing Circle - We will close out this special day with an opportunity to come together in deep gratitude to share our experiences and bless the season ahead

Investment:
