Held every other Tuesday from 5:30-6:30 at Otsego District Library, this group is for survivors of domestic violence to find companionship and solidarity. Set goals, build bonds, and grow with those who empower you. 

We understand that the day-to-day catches everyone off guard. There is no required attendance policy, nor is RSVP required. Come as you are and as you need.

We offer snacks, drinks, and childcare--provided by Sylvia's Place staff and volunteers--to help you take time for yourself during each session.
