Sunrise Yoga

MCCD and Cairn Yoga & Wellness are teaming up for a grounding morning yoga practice at Cordova Park. While the sun may already be shining, this class invites you to greet the day with mindful movement and breath—helping you steady yourself amidst the height of summer’s expansive energy.

With the full moon just behind us at the time of this class, we'll be entering a natural phase of release—letting go of what no longer serves us and making space for what’s next. This all-levels practice will balance the fiery, outward energy of the summer season and full moon with moments of deep grounding, leaving you feeling clear, steady, and ready to move forward with intention. After yoga spend some time taking a quiet walk through the woods or take in the view from the tower.

Bring a mat, water, and an open heart. No experience needed—just come as you are! We will meet at the classroom and then head outside.
