You’re warmly invited to a Sound Healing Journey with Reiki in the Woods.

Join Alice (Yoga & Reiki in the Woods) and Charlotte (Soundwaves) for a sacred and soothing collaborative experience in the heart of Otley Chevin Forest Park – a place where the healing powers of sound, energy, and nature come together in harmony.

This unique session weaves together three potent healing practices: the resonant magic of sound, the gentle power of Reiki, and the deeply grounding presence of the forest itself. Each element uplifts and amplifies the others creating a cocoon of rest, release and renewal.

This is a peaceful pause – a space to come home to yourself.

🌿 This session includes:

A Sound Healing Journey guided by Charlotte: Surrounded by the grounding energy of the forest, we’ll begin with a gentle drum journey to help you settle, slow down and reconnect with the earth beneath you. From there, you’ll be immersed in the deep vibrations of the gong before drifting into soothing nature-inspired sounds that blend with the woodland around us. Each instrument offers its own vibration, designed to clear stagnant energy, rebalance the nervous system, and guide you into deep relaxation.

A nurturing group Reiki session offered by Alice: Reiki is a gentle yet powerful practice that supports emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being, helping to clear blockages and bring you back to balance. Reiki healing will be offered through hands-on or hands-near healing, flowing intuitively where it is most needed. 

Delicious herbal tea & handcrafted vegan* treats to enjoy together.

There is no need to have tried Sound Healing or Reiki before. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to be held – by the sounds, the forest, and the energy of the evening.


🌿 A gentle note...

This event may not be suitable if you:
• Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
• Experience seizures, epilepsy, or unmanaged mental health 
   conditions
• Have had recent surgery or broken bones
• Have metal implants or a pacemaker

🌿 Practical Details 🌿

We’ll be nestled in a sheltered spot in the woods, but please come prepared with warm layers and waterproofs – sessions go ahead in most weather, and conditions may be changeable. 
Large coffee sacks will be available to lay beneath your yoga mat for extra comfort and insulation. If you’d like to borrow a yoga mat, just let me know in advance so I can bring one along for you. 
Tickets are non-refundable (except in exceptional circumstances), but may be transferable to a future collaborative event.

*The vegan treat is gluten-free and nut-free (but made in an environment which contains these allergens).
