Senior Strong!

Introducing a new class in January, Senior Strong!

As we get older, we begin to have core issues. Weak abs, weak glutes, tight hamstrings and back and hip pain, not to mention the balance issues.

Pam has begun working on her issues and has decided to teach what she is working on to others!

This class is designed for seniors (50+) who want to stay moving and pain free, but is great for any age!

Standing, floor and seated movements to stretch, tone and strengthen all the muscles needed for good posture and alignment. This isn't a "break a sweat" class, although you might. "No Pain, No Gain" isn't in her vocabulary. Slow movement, gentle stretches and easy to do activities that will help keep you Senior Strong!

Class will meet every Thursday morning at 10 AM for $5.
