Jim Price leads a true beginner's class where you don't need any experience to get started!  Learn the "language", the poses and the history of yoga.  Get a good, relaxing stretch, a good workout and a solid foundation for your yoga practice.  Most of all, have fun with a class that adapts to those who are present.  Get the training you need to be able to just jump into a class at a yoga studio or retreat.

Class meets every Tuesday (except right after a Monday holiday like Memorial Day) from 6-7 PM.  Drop in rate is $20 or use your Ohm-Zone Club Card!
