Meditation is not about control but a returning of the outward-bound mind to its source; our ever-present, unchanging Self.

Through guided sessions with Shikhaa, we’ll move through the five layers of meditation — indrawing the senses, contemplation on the Self, one-pointed attention, transcendence of individuality, and realisation of the unified Self.

Mayank will also share 'Piercing the Veil', a special Qi Gong practice that helps dissolve habitual perception and awaken awareness of the subtle life force that moves through all. It beautifully complements meditation, uniting inner stillness with embodied flow.
