This nurturing deeply enjoyable weekend is a fabulous opportunity for all of us to dive deep into Voice Empowerment, Singing, Conscious Sounding, Energy Healing, Visioning, Healing and Song work - in beautiful natural surroundings, and with the awareness of the energies of the New Zealand Spring time. 

Also included are daily Yoga Sessions, Cacao Ceremony, group healing meditations and Sauna experience in nature.

This retreat is open to people of all levels of confidence and skill with your voice. The work will support those who are not confident with their voice and will also give new skills and tools to confident singers and speakers.

Empower yourself through exploring deeply uplifting and energizing conscious practices which enable you to connect with your authentic voice in an embodied way!

These powerful and transformative Voice practices will be held within the context of ritual, meditation and profound nature connection - including a healing cacao ceremony. These practices have a positive effect on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual senses and are a great stress-relieving energizer!!

There will also be time and space to rest, journal, to be in nature in an unstructured way, and to integrate the powerful energies of the Voice work.  We will also be enjoying a sauna, to cleanse and prepare for the powerful evening song and sound ceremony. 

All of this will be taught in a held safely facilitated space by Bryony from Heartsong Healing. Bryony has been working with the Voice and energy in a conscious way for 28 years, after these practices helped her heal from chronic fatigue syndrome in the 1990s.  Bryony was awarded the 2026 New Zealand Prestige WAward for Holistic Retreats.

This retreat will be held at the stunning location of Strathean Retreat Centre in Te Horo on the Kapiti Coast, surrounded by mature trees and with a unique deeply peaceful energy in the grounds, created by generations gathering there for meditation, spiritual and energy practice and healing.

This retreat will include high quality vegetarian food, comfortable accommodation, expert training, nurturing support, great company and deep heartfelt connection and group healing, as well as a number of valuable resources.

If Heartsong Healing needs to cancel the Retreat all payments are fully refunded. 100% deposit refund for cancellation 60+ days before retreat start date. 50% deposit refund for cancellation 30-59 days before retreat start date. 0% deposit refund for cancellation 0-29 days before retreat start date.
