Join us for six days of deep rest, inner stillness, and self-exploration in noble silence (mauna). This retreat offers five full days of structured program, including guided meditation, deep relaxation, and teachings in the philosophy of non-duality. Together, we’ll create a sacred container for inner inquiry and reconnection to the Silence that is always within.

What Is a Silent Retreat?
A silent retreat invites you into mauna—noble silence—where all forms of communication, including phones, reading, and writing, are paused. While this might sound intense, many find that silence feels surprisingly natural, bringing a deep sense of peace and clarity. Without external distractions, the mind begins to settle, and meditation unfolds more effortlessly. It’s a rare opportunity to reset the nervous system and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
Why Meditation?
Meditation is one of the most profound tools for self-inquiry and inner peace. Beyond calming the mind, it opens the door to self-knowledge, self-love, and a deeper connection with life itself. In silence, we return home to the heart of our being, to a place of stillness and truth.
The Heart Awakening Approach
This retreat follows the teachings of Hridaya Yoga, a path rooted in Advaita (non-duality) and inspired by the teachings of Ramana Maharshi. Practices are drawn from a blend of wisdom traditions—Tantra, Buddhism, Sufism, Christian mysticism, and sacred poetry—offering a holistic, inclusive, and deeply devotional approach to the path of awakening.
As Rumi says:
"Close your eyes, fall in love, stay there."
What Can I Expect?
Each day includes:
- Hridaya Meditation
- Hatha Yoga to relax the body and calm the nervous system
- Teachings on Self-Inquiry and Non-Duality
- Time for integration, rest, and nature connection
Whether you're beginning your journey or seeking deeper integration, this retreat offers both structure and spaciousness to meet you where you are. It’s a chance to turn inward, listen deeply, and live from the wisdom of the Heart.
