Join Coach Eb at Unity 4 Performance for an intensive two-hour masterclass dedicated to one of the most technical and rewarding lifts in Olympic weightlifting. Coach Eb brings a wealth of expertise as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 2 British Weightlifting Coach, Biomedical Science graduate, and current Masters student in Sports & Exercise Science. She’s also completing a Diploma in Weightlifting, giving her both the academic insight and hands-on coaching experience to break the lift down step by step. In this masterclass you’ll cover: Mobility prep and positioning Pull mechanics and bar path Speed under the bar Overhead strength and stability Practical drills to refine your technique Whether you’re new to weightlifting or looking to sharpen your skills, this session will give you the tools, confidence, and feedback you need to take your snatch to the next level.
