- **Event Description**: After our first sell-out event in May, Earth Heart are delighted to offer another day of meditation and Hindustani music inspired by the ancient principles of Nāda yoga. You are welcome to come for the morning or afternoon as stand-alone sessions, but we'd love for you to join us for a whole spacious day and immerse yourself completely in the sacred dance between healing sound and restorative silence.

10:00 - 12:30: Chanting Workshop - Share in a space of meditative awareness before expanding into a sequence of ancient Sanskrit mantras newly set in carefully chosen Raga specially for the day.  Discover how chanting can help prepare the body, breath and being for a deeper, more profound experience of stillness.

12:30 - 13:30: Lunch 

13:30 - 16:00: Sound Journey - A meditative afternoon of healing sound and restorative silence, woven with sitar, the mantras explored in the morning workshop and the invitation to bring your own voice into sections of chanting on the journey.

With the option to include a nourishing, homemade, vegan meal with seasonal produce from the Earth Heart Garden, (cold drink and sweet treat included!) or choose to bring your own. (Lunch may contain gluten, nuts, celery, mustard and soya. Please contact us if you wish to discuss allergens or dietary restrictions and we'll do our best to meet your needs!)
