During this retreat we are leaning into the natural rhythms of the season, offering a day of deep restoration and healing.

Immerse yourself in the healing power of nature bathing, invigorate your senses with our outdoors breathwork session, enjoy the strong feeling of movement using small props and find stillness and peace in our sound bath. 

Enjoy a nutritious lunch, carefully created using locally sourced, organic, seasonal ingredients and plenty of home baked treats and snacks throughout the day. 

Spaces are limited for this intimate experience. 

The 1 day retreat is £80 per person and includes all activities and food and drinks.
