All levels are so welcome, as I guide you step by step through the movements that are suitable for all ages and abilities. 

We start with a relaxing & calming Qigong Flow.

Qigong is an ancient form of tai chi and in its essence is a chance to slow down and align back to the natural rhythm of your body and harmonise with nature. 
You may experience this class, simply as a moving meditation and a place to totally switch off from the outside world in the beautiful lands of treflach farm.

After Qigong we slowly transition into a soothing Gong Sound Bath.
Where I will guide you into a deeply restful state.

Let the resonant waves of sound wash over you. Releasing stress, clearing energy blockages and totally refreshing your mind, body and spirit.

I will guide you into a state of profound relaxation and inner peace.
This meditative journey uses the healing vibrations of the gong to create space for clarity as well as renewal.

Coming back to a state of pure bliss and the calmness of your true nature. Surrender to the mystical soundscape and emerge refreshed and grounded.

Feel a deep sense of harmony within yourself and the world around you as you leave feeling light, at ease & peaceful.
