- **Event Description**: Spend an hour with Annabeth (Earth Heart Holistic) in a gently held and inclusive space to explore the dance between sound and silence.

Annabeth has over ten years of Buddhist meditation and chanting experience as well as training in Druidic practices.

These events on the last Wednesday of the month will complement the regular Meditation Group running at Oswestry Library on the other weeks. We'll be using these sessions to dip a little deeper into chanting, looking at how mantra can enrich and deepen our meditation practice.

In these sessions, we will drop into meditative awareness before expanding into a sequence of mantra to prepare your body, breath and being for a deeper experience of stillness.

No previous experience necessary.
