Each one produces a sustained tone you feel in your body as much as you hear it. Guided meditation and energy work run alongside the sound. You don’t have to do anything or know anything – you just receive it.An hour of real rest, which most of us aren’t getting much of.WHAT TO EXPECT2:00 – Settle in. Get comfortable and set up your space. We’ll briefly walk through what to expect. Nothing is required of you.2:05 – Humming and breath work. We start with humming to calm the vagus nerve, followed by simple breath work to help your body downshift.2:15 – Crystal bowls and guided visualization. Alani begins the crystal bowls while Michelle guides you through visualization.2:30 – Reiki and heart coherence. Michelle moves through the room offering energy work, guiding brain-heart coherence and then group coherence.2:50 – Coming back. We close slowly and bring everyone back into their bodies.
