Meditation & Healing session

Join us in The Angel Room at Jandre for a mini workshop on meditation the do’s & don’t’s and how to get the best out of meditation at home. Followed by a deeply healing mediation with chakra balancing and cleansing session. This mini workshop is ideal for people new to meditation or if you are looking to deepen your meditation practice.
