Where? Viking Stregth, Enterprise Business Park, Unit 4, Ossett WF5 9JH
What is the split? Saturday: Open Men and Master Men all weight classes and divisions
Sunday: Junior men and Teen Men., ALL Women age and weight classes
Start time 10am
Weigh in times:
24 hour weigh in 10am to 11am OR 5-6pm.
On the day weigh in is 8-9am.

The team at Viking Strength are an enthusiastic bunch of very experienced competitive lfters. We are honoured to have them as hosts at thier VERY FIRST A/BPU competition at this new venue.
This competition is suited for experienced and novice competitors alike although there is an emphasis on first time time and novice lifters still finding their feet at this particular venue. A warm and supportive atmosphere and a very pro-lifter team.

You will need a current 2025/26 membership AT WEIGH IN – this must be of the year you are competing in. Memberships are INSTANT! You will receive an automatic email with your membership number in the header of the email and in the body text. There will also be a PDF attached to the email, this is a copy of the email. You MUST show this email at weigh in, If you do not produce this at weigh in – You will not be permitted to weigh in.
If you are new and are applying for membership write “waiting” in the membership number box on the entry form and use the link below to update your membership number as soon as you get it. Its very easy.
