 Meet Your Soul Guide:

Diane Littel, founder of Earthways Healing is a seasoned psychotherapist (MS LPC & CSAC), Intuitive Healer, and Sacred Space Holder with over 20 years of experience guiding women through transformational healing. As an Earth Medicine Woman, she blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic practices to help others awaken their inner truth and reclaim their wholeness. Walking the path of the healer, weaving together the sacred threads of therapy, ritual, and earth-based wisdom. Doing this Diane earned her traditional Menominee name Kenew Naehwaeqnen (Golden Eagle Wind), a name gifted to her by an ancestor in recognition of her connection to its meaning, her culture, ancestors, and dedication to aid the healing of others. Using her skills as an Earth Spirit Medicine™ Practitioner/Teacher, she has spent over two decades midwifing transformation — guiding women back to the truth of who they are, which is: whole, radiant, and deeply powerful.

As a Reiki Master/Teacher rooted to the rhythms of nature and the wisdom of spirit, Diane holds space with tenderness and depth. Her presence is both grounding and expansive — a gentle mirror inviting you to be fully seen, fully felt, and fully expressed.

With deep reverence for nature, spirit, and the divine feminine, she creates a safe, soulful container for you to explore, express, and embody your goddess self. Her work is highly grounded in compassion, emotional empowerment, and the belief that we all hold the wisdom to heal — we just need the space to remember.

The Soul Goddess Journey™ Retreat emerged as a deep calling, whispers from spirit, longing in her bones, a remembrance from the heart.

It was created for women who are ready to come home to themselves.

In a world that often asks us to dim our light, disconnect from our bodies, and abandon our truth for the comfort of others, this retreat is a sacred reclamation. A space to soften and rise, to be seen and celebrated, to reconnect with your inner knowing and embody the goddess you’ve always been.

Diane Littel envisioned this gathering as a ceremonial weaving of sacred practices, earth wisdom, and modern healing. Through movement, ritual, creativity, and stillness. Each woman is invited to walk her own spiral path inward — to her essence, her voice, her truth.

Throughout this weekends process, Diane doesn’t just facilitate — she listens deeply, follows intuitive threads, and walks beside you as you reclaim your voice, your magic, and your soul’s path.

At the Soul Goddess Journey™ Retreat, you will be gently guided through:

Ceremony to honor the cycles of release, renewal, and rebirth that open the heart and honor your becoming. Mirror work & breathwork journeys for emotional clarity. Ceremonies for release, integration, and celebration

A short summary of what to expect during this weekend include: Somatic release exercises; Soul collage creation; Body oil ritual & self-anointing for sacred self-connection; afternoon and Evening ceremonies for release, integration, and celebration!

Intuitive Painting to help you tap into your inner voice and express from energy, not outcome as a meditation in trust and self-revelation. Experience a guided Intuitive painting meditation: “I Am Seen”.

Rose Meditation connecting with the energy of the rose — a symbol of divine feminine love, sensuality, self-compassion, and spiritual awakening.

Soul Collage Creation to explore and uncover your inner archetype(s) and soul story. 

Body Oil Anointing Ritual with body oil, reconnecting you with your divinity. Self-anointing for sacred self-connection.

Movement & Somatic Release Exercises to move trauma, tension, and stagnant emotion with care and intention to awaken the wisdom held in the body. Chakra dance for energy alignment and joyful embodiment.

Embodied Movement - helping women reconnect with their bodies through strength, flow, and mindful movement. The sessions are designed to empower, awaken, and ground you, creating a deeper connection between your body, mind, and spirit. inviting you to honor your body’s wisdom, celebrate its strength, and move in ways that feel liberating and soul-nourishing.

Enhance Your Retreat Experience -  TBA an intuitive guide and messenger of spirit, to the Soul Goddess Journey Retreat. The Reader/Psychic — will provide sacred sessions where messages from beyond are gently received to encourage, inspire, and comfort you along your personal journey during the retreat.

Come with an open heart — leave with affirmations whispered by spirit.

 What Your Retreat Includes:

All-Inclusive Weekend Experience-

Thursday check in at 3PM, dinner at 5:30PM start of retreat will be at 7PM, Friday breakfast 8AM/lunch at 12:30PM /dinner 5:30PM, Saturday breakfast 8AM/lunch at 12:30PM/dinner 5:30PM, Sunday breakfast 8AM and lunch to send you on your way. You will have an opportunity to attend ALL the retreat workshops / ceremonies, and will receive ALL the materials needed for your amazing goddess weekend! AND you will have an additional guest Goddess guide facilitating their own talent - ALL included!!
