This newly grounded energy field starts aligning you with your embodied feminine leadership. We’ll gather in a supportive outdoor circle, opening and closing with a shared talking stick practice. Throughout the experience, you’ll be gently guided through a combination of nervous system regulation tools, emotional release practices, and nature-based connection to help you feel more grounded, present, and at ease. This workshop is for women who are holding a lot; whether in their work, relationships, or daily life and are ready to feel more calm, clear, and connected as they lead.
