Free Ecstatic Dance in Nature

We are inviting everyone to attend a Free Ecstatic Dance in Nature. Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in which the dancers without the need to follow specific steps, release themselves to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes them, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy. It is a great opportunity to feel freedom and playfulness and connect with other people. Followed by a short sound meditation session.
Please bring blanket or yoga mat and water for the dance. You are welcome to bring a lunch with you, and we can all have a small picnic after the dance. Please park outside of the gates. We will be dancing by the mansion.
