- **Event Description**: The Atman Yoga School has collaborated with Glød Yoga to bring one of the most comprehensive yoga and ayurveda teacher training programs to Oslo, starting January 2026. This will be our 22nd cohort class of 200 Hour yoga teacher training in Norway, so if you are looking for an experienced program to support your yoga development, you are warmly welcomed to join us!

Join us for this semi-intensive Yoga Alliance registered program, which runs over 6 weekends in January to June 2026.

Who is this training for?

Learn how to teach dynamic, fluid, empowered, breath-led vinyasa rooted in tradition and adapted for modern life, with an emphasis on Ayurveda + yoga philosophy.
Whether you dream of teaching or are simply ready for a personal evolution, this journey will meet you where you are — and carry you further than you imagined. You don’t need the perfect handstand. You don’t need all the answers.

All you need is a desire to grow — and the courage to begin.
