- **Event Description**: After a full house, we’re excited to invite you to the next edition of 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐆𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐕𝐄. Born from our shared desire to dance across generations, and create open movement spaces with deep, rhythmic soundscapes. 

On April 17, we’re coming together again, 𝐁𝐎𝐃𝐘𝐁𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐃 𝐱 𝐘𝐎𝐑𝐁𝐀 to create a groovy dancefloor full of energy! We are also joined by Claudio Aiello, who will lead the closing sound meditation for us.

Practical info
• Doors open at 18:00
• We begin moving at 18:30
• Closing with a sound meditation
• Take breaks whenever you need
• Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes
• Open to all levels
• Invite your friends
• This is a sober space

The Groove is led by Karen Klepp og Heidi Evensen (BODYBASED) & Vibeke Vigeland (YORBA) who brings extensive experience from dance and facilitation. 

The venue is located at Majorstuen, Bogstadveien 49. Ring the doorbell and follow the stairs up to the space.
