The band was started 8 years ago, but have since then, changed the line-up a few times, 
to end up with this diverse and rare composition of very good musicians.

The ball is rolling, and there has been a good chunk of concerts the last years, both here in Norway, but also abroad. Whisky a Gogo in Hollywood, and Gaukurinn in Reykjavik, to mention some. The band is also getting ready for their minitour in Canada in May 2026

Dance Commander kan best beskrives som et velplassert rundspark hvor naturlig energi og selvsikkerhet blandes med rå spilleglede. Når man legger til melodier som fester seg, glimt i øyet og forrykende sceneopptredener der publikum rives med, er Dance Commander et band det er umulig å forholde seg likegyldig til. 

Med utgangspunkt i 90-tallsrock har bandet stadig utvidet horisontene med andre stilarter, men alltid med rocken og gode, fengende låter i fokus. 


Et tresifret antall konserter i inn- og utland, nær en halv million avspillinger på Spotify, og nå endelig nytt album på vei (produsert av Christer Krogh hos Velvet Recording), er tiden kommet for å skru til enda noen knepp!
