“Science in motion: A tribute to Kari Bøs contributions to womens health”

We are proud to announce a special seminar in honor of Professor Kari Bø, taking place in Oslo, Norway, on March 12–13, 2026.

Faggruppen for kvinnehelse i Norsk Fysioterapeutforbund inviterer til spennende kvinnehelseseminar for å hedre Professor Kari Bø.

Nasjonale og internasjonale samarbeidspartnere av Kari Bø inviteres til å forelese i forskjellige tematikker innen kvinnehelse.

Derfor hedres Kari Bø: Hun har lang CV. Hun er professor ved Norges idrettshøgskole og har vært veileder for i alt 23 doktorgrads-stipendiater. Hun er æresmedlem i Norsk Fysioterapeutforbund, æresmedlem i Faggruppen for kvinnehelse og har mottatt Mildred Elson Award av World Physiotherapy.

Seminaret arrangeres på Clarion Hotel Oslo.

The Women's Health Group of the Norwegian Physiotherapists Association invites to an exciting women's health seminar to honor Professor Kari Bø.
National and international partners of Kari Bø are invited to lecture on various topics within women's health.

Why Bø is honored: Bø has a long CV. She is a professor at the Norwegian School of Sports and has supervised a total of 23 doctoral fellows. She is an honorary member of the Norwegian Physiotherapists Association, an honorary member of the Women's Health Group and has received the Mildred Elson Award from World Physiotherapy.
