MRC Oslo: Long Run Sunday - 20 km (6:00 pace)

Change just for Sunday 20 July.

Hope you’re all enjoying this glorious weather ☀️ we’re changing the Sunday run route to finish at Bygdøy 🏊🏼‍♀️. Still meet at Henry&Sally’s at 10am. We will run part of the Monday 7km route, up to Majorstuen, a loop in Frognerparken, down to Bygdøy for one loop. We will finish at Huk, where there’s a cafe, water taps, and bathrooms. In this heat, we keep the pace at 6 mins per km (or faster) to finish before noon. All welcome to join at Huk beach! ☀️
