𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: waterbottle, earplugs if you are sensitive to loud sound, some food/snack for after if you get hungry, eye cover, change of clothes if you get sweaty after the activation meditation. 

𝗪𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀, come with an open mind, and allow yourself to fully experience whatever arises.

𝗪𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱 eating 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀. A heavy meal may make you feel tired or uncomfortable. A lighter meal about two hours beforehand is ideal. We also suggest avoiding caffeine.
