Anniken Min is a fierce, wild women. Her energy is raw, grounded, and potent. Her intention is to guide, support, and bring out your full potential and authentic expression.

She’s a curious creatrix who creates safe, engaging and empowering women’s spaces.

She combines extensive experience in personal development with work in Kundalini Activation, meditation, hypnosis, and somatic bodywork - to support the nervous system, deep inner processes, and authentic awakening.

With her intuitive ability to move between the visible and the unseen, she serves as a bridge between energy work, consciousness, and embodied presence.

Anniken has also deepened her understanding of human psychology through her previous work with Oslo Kommune - focusing on trauma awareness, mental health, pedagogy, and anger management. 

This foundation informs her holistic approach to transformation and inner work.
