In Jordan’s book - Gunnery Sergeant Elijah Thompson Cayde, “Cayde” for short, has spent the last nine years running from the pain of his past. It begins with Adam and Eve's sin and the need for a savior, and it ends with Jesus paying the price for our sin and the ability for us to be in right relationship with Him.
