- **Event Description**: Prepare your mind, body & soul for deep, transformative relaxation. 
We will be combining the blissful nature of restorative yoga with the healing energy of gongs, singing bowls, bells and chimes.
Imagine floating in an ocean of sound, where you can let go of all your stress and worries. Gongs, Singing Bowls, Bells, and other instruments ring out, creating waves of vibrations that wash over you. Your body and energy systems are able to realign and recharge, helping to clear out blockages, while leaving you refreshed.

We will combine deep long-held restorative poses with the healing sounds of the gongs, singing bowls, bells and chimes for the first 30 minutes and then progress into the full sound bath for the next 45-50 minutes, and will finish with discussion and community. You are encouraged to bring bolsters, pillows, blankets, eye covers, warm socks, etc., or anything that will promote feelings of personal comfort and security.

Please join percussionist Michael Bettine, who has been working with these instruments for over 40 years, and Lea Ann Schneider E-RYT 200 for an amazing restorative practice & gong meditation. The vibrations of the Gongs, Singing Bowls, and Bells combined with the deep long held restorative postures can help balance and cleanse the energy in your body. They work at a cellular level and can help with stress, fatigue, depression, anger, and blocked energy. The vibrations paired with deep stretching can release blockages at the Chakras and other energy points.
