Journey to the Underworld w/ Lauri Ann Lumby

Journey to the Underworld explores shadow and depth work as critical tools for:
*Releasing trauma
* Healing ancestral wounds
* Re-integrating the lost parts of ourselves
* Freeing ourselves from guilt and shame
* Reprogramming harmful conditioning

In this 90 minute workshop, Lauri Ann Lumby will guide you in an understanding of shadow
and depth work, while providing effective tools you can return to again and again for facilitating
your own inner healing and transformation.

Bring yourself, a journal or notebook, and your favorite writing utensils. All else will be
provided.
