Join us as we discuss the low down on essential oils: what are they? How do they make them? What DO you do with them?!

We will cover all the questions you may have about Oils and how they will benefit your lifestyle!

We will also be creating your very own Discomfort roller bottle blend to take home using two - four ingredients.
