ATV/UTV DNR CERTIFICATION

This will be a one-day class at TWL Oshkosh (Team Winnebagoland). Class will start at 8:00 am on Saturday, April 18, and end before 3:00 on the same day, with a short lunch break midday. You will need to pick up your paperwork and training book at TWL between Sat April 4-11, before the class, and have read the material beforehand. Students must use their own DNR number. If one has not been issued yet, you must make your own account. Upon registration, a payment link will be sent out via text for $10. All students must pay before the day of class. Upon passing the test, all graduates will be certified legal and will be given a $10 TWL Gift Certificate. To legally operate an ATV in the state of WI you must be 12 years old and to operate a UTV, you must be 16 years old. Anyone of any age can take this class and be certified; however cannot operate the vehicles until the appropriate age. This class is needed for anyone born on/after Jan 1, 1988.
