In this 8-week personal transformation program, you will embark on a profound journey of self-discovery, growth, and empowerment. Each week, you will explore and balance your chakras, from the Earth Chakra to the transcendent Soul Star Chakra, addressing key aspects of their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
You will experience guided meditations and conversation tailored to each chakra, allowing you to delve deep into your inner self and uncover hidden truths, doubts, and sources of strength. You will learn to embrace challenges as opportunities for breakthroughs, develop self-compassion to heal past wounds, and gain clarity and wisdom.
At the first of our 8 weekly meetings, we will introduce your daily disciplines. You will be asked to commit as best you can to 5 minutes of meditation, eating non-processed foods, letting go of alcohol and THC, meeting water intake needs, and getting 7-8 hours of sleep each day. Your weekly practice will be 4 days of 1-hour yoga classes, 2 days of any type of movement for as long as you like and 1 day of rest.
Each time we come together, you will reflect on your past week and you will have an opportunity to opt into additional disciplines. e.g. longer meditation, letting go of dairy etc. At meeting 3, you will have a chance to opt out of things you have opted into. This will bring forward a practice of diving into your truth, and recommitting to what will work best for you for the upcoming week. This will help create a sense of attainable success and sustainable change.
The program will culminate in a profound celebration of your personal transformation, as you connect with your Soul Star Chakra to cultivate happiness, love, and unity within yourself and with the world. You will emerge from this journey with a deep sense of self-awareness, empowerment, and a clear path forward as you step into a new, transformed chapter of your life.
NOTE: This is not a weight/fat loss program. Any focus on food will be about mindfulness; how you feel, creating mental clarity, and cultivating physical wellness.
