Join us at The Little Farm for a special 3-week series that combines gentle postnatal yoga, baby yoga, fresh air, and meaningful connection. Each week, we'll begin with a 60-minute flow in the garden focused on rebuilding strength, releasing tension, and reconnecting with your body after birth, while also incorporating playful movements and bonding activities with your baby.

After class, the experience continues with an hour to explore the farm, meet the animals, and connect with other mamas. From goats and chickens to alpacas and more, there will be plenty of opportunities for little ones to discover, play, and experience the joy of being outdoors.

This series is about slowing down, creating memories, building community, and embracing the magic of summer alongside your baby.

DETAILS

- WHEN: Thursdays from 11am - 1pm
- DATES: July 30, August 6 and 13
- WHERE: The Little Farm (4601 Old Scugog Rd, Bowmanville)
- INVESTMENT: $100+hst (approx $33+ per class)
- The series price includes time at the farm after yoga to meet the animals and explore!
- WHAT TO BRING: yoga mat, water, blanket & any other needs for baby (if babe is on the move, bring snacks and toys!)
- WHAT TO WEAR: something comfortable that you can move in - check the weather before class and wear layers!
