Cooking in the Kitchen - Preparing for Christmas

In this session, participants will work with Samantha, Parkwood Curator, working in the Parkwood on several recipes that the Parkwood staff would have completed in November, preparing for the busy festive season ahead.

Participants will work on and take home candied peel, as well as mincemeat.

Participants must be aged 12+. Chaperones must also purchase a ticket to attend.

Cooking in the Kitchen is an unique immersive program offering where participants work on historic recipes in the mansion kitchens.
