- **Event Description**: Join Drew Samuels and Laurie Marshall to discuss "everything Advocacy" in both courts and tribunals! in person - Durham College and via ZoomAbout this EventRegistration will remain open until 5pm on November 25, 2025.Materials and Zoom link will be sent at or before 3pm November 26, 2025.AdvocacyThis evening offered in person at Durham College(JW201) and online(Zoom) is dedicated to assisting attendees with enhancing their advocacy skills in both Courts and Tribunals pursuant to By-law 11 of the Law Society of Ontario and the Paralegal Rules of Conduct in both the Pre-Hearing and Hearing stages of a proceeding.Attendees will be taught how to speak clearly and concisely emphasizing proper courtroom etiquette, acceptable conduct in and out of the court, with a focus on the examination in chief, cross examination and substantive concepts of submissions.
