Annual festival with all day craft fair, huge rhubarb everything pie and bake sale, rhubarb ALL over town, sidewalk sales, The Lions rubber duck race over the millstream, and train rides from the depot! (Osceola PTA, Community Homestead, Osceola Lions, Osceola & St. Croix Valley Railway.)
