It's a 3.5-hour, hands-on experience designed to help you build confidence, not through pep talks and theory but through movement, play and a little glorious failure.Whether you're an actor preparing for your next audition, feeling a little stuck or simply someone who's ready to take up more space in life, this workshop is for you. No experience necessary, just a willingness to show up, try and bloody laugh at yourself along the way.What You'll DoIn this workshop you'll move through a series of physical and performative exercises designed to get you out of your head and into your body. You'll learn to take up space, hold attention and stay present under pressure. Expect to play games, take risks, laugh a lot and walk away lighter than when you arrived.What This IsThis workshop is the culmination of training at some of the world's leading performance institutions across Los Angeles, New York and Vancouver, including Upright Citizens Brigade, Actors' Gang, The Pandamonium Studio and LA Clown School. The best of that training, brought together into one practical session.At its heart, this is about reconnecting with that version of yourself that maybe hid at some point.
