Groundwork Control Clinic

This ground work clinic will give you a solid foundation to build on for continued growth in natural horsemanship. Learning why horses do the things they do, understanding how they communicate with humans, and having effective training exercises allows you to connect with your horses properly. Both you and your horse will gain confidence and make steps towards establishing a willing partnership!

Topics covered include but not limited to: Natural horsemanship definitions, the two-way communication process between equine and human, how horses learn and retain information, evaluating the whole picture to address common training errors, and so much more.

Skills learned include but are not limited to: Respect, desensitizing, engaging forequarters/hindquarters, engaging horse's feet, lunging, flexion, backing, and so much more.

Cost:
Participants: $60.00 (LIMIT OF 8 PARTICIPANTS)

Auditors: $10.00

Morning session: 9:00 AM - 12 PM (Lecture and Demos)
Afternoon Session: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM (Participation practice & demos)
