Experience Japanese calligraphy — in this hands-on workshop led by a renowned and widely celebrated sumi (ink) calligrapher Kanako Sehara.
You’ll write meaningful Japanese characters onto smooth wood using traditional ink carve your own seal in Japanese characters and press it to mark your creation — just as artists have done for centuries. In the end you’ll craft a unique wooden art piece that reflects your own spirit and becomes a lasting memory of Japan.
