💡 What is Train Like a Dancer REFORM?

This is reformer Pilates energy — without the reformer.

TLD REFORM is a reformer-dupe mat Pilates class designed to create:
• Long, elegant muscle lines
• Lean, sustainable strength
• Deep core support & posture lift

We recreate the slow resistance, continuous tension, and lengthening traction of reformer Pilates using bands, sliders, and intentional sequencing — layered with control, reach, and flow.

This is dancer-style barre to the beat of music — intelligent, sculpting, and deeply effective.

TLD BARRE is an full-body ballet barre experience designed to create:
• Lean, defined muscle tone
• Lifted posture & graceful strength
• Endurance, control, and burn that builds (not breaks) the body

Expect pliés that ground you, relevés that lift and sculpt, and passé-inspired balance work that trains stability, control, and elegant lines — all layered with small, precise movements and intentional holds.
