Tentative start time for the annual meeting is 6 pm. (This was the first change - as promised! I originally mistakenly had it at 5!) The main Agenda item will be the annual board election. 

After the annual meeting, we will start up the pot luck. The activities committee will ham things up and we will also water things down. (Interpretation: OREA will provide ham and water as well as plates and utensils.) Most likely the OREA Secretary will use some magical coordination software for us to coordinate what people are bringing so everybody doesn't bring the same flavor of chip dip!!

After we are fed, there will likely be some sort of torturous games. Maybe pin the antlers on the reindeer or singing the 12 days of horse-mas?

After that, we will be exchanging White Elephants!!! The Elephants should cost less than $20. Or you could bring a nice gift (still under $20). Or you can bring a "fun" gift (still under $20) - either fun for the recipient or fun for you to see the look on their face! This is gifting is generally coordinated by drawing names. There is often theft involved!!

The Old Town Hall in Ortonville has been reserved for January 9, 2026 - so the date and location are set. Other things are subject to change as details evolve and are solidified! Anyway, let us know if you are planning to join in the festivities!!! It will be fun!!! It will be even more fun if YOU are there!!
